Denvra was established with a single conviction that building a custom home should feel like a partnership, not a transaction. James spent over a decade working across architectural practices and construction firms before founding Denvra to create the kind of studio he wished had existed when he was on the client side.
Since then, Denvra has grown into a team of architects, project managers, and specialist trades who share one standard: work that you'd be proud to put your name on. Every home we build is a direct reflection of that standard.
We work with a deliberately limited number of clients each year. Not because we can't handle more — but because each project deserves our full attention.
Since 2020, Denvra has become one of the fastest growing builders in the Northeast, and is on a mission to build better homes and set new standards for sustainable, luxury home building.
