How long does a typical project take?
A full custom home build — from initial engagement through to handover — typically takes between 18 and 28 months. This includes design, documentation, permits, and construction. We'll give you a project-specific timeline during the discovery phase so you know exactly what to plan around.
Do I need my own architect, or does Denvra manage design too?
We offer both. Denvra can manage the full process from architectural design through to construction, or we can work as the build partner alongside your existing architect or designer. Many clients come to us having already started the design process, and we integrate smoothly into that relationship.
How is pricing structured?
Every Denvra project is priced individually based on scope, site, specification, and timeline. We provide a detailed fixed-price contract so you know exactly what you're getting before work begins. We don't do open-ended cost-plus arrangements — certainty matters to us as much as it does to you.
What happens after the build is complete?
Handover is just the beginning of the relationship. Every completed Denvra home comes with a full defects warranty period, a complete handover documentation pack, and access to our aftercare team. We want your home to perform as well in year ten as it does on day one.
